Registration is a simple three-step process:

1. Download the Registration Form and the Family Information Form.

2. Print out both forms using your home printer.

3. Mail in or drop off the completed forms and include a check for the registration fee.  PALS is located at the following address:

Note: Due to space limitations, all classes are filled on a "first come / first serve" basis.  Parents are advised to contact the school regarding space availability before submitting a registration form.  In the event that we are unable to accept your child into one of our classes, all registration payments will be returned to you.

Summer camp registration is open to current PALS families starting May 3rd.  May 20th, registration will be open to the general public.
